Soracom is continuously working with its connectivity partners to expand coverage. Additional LTE-M and NB-IoT networks may be available, however coverage is not yet officially guaranteed. The list of these networks, available features, and latest testing is available here:

Billing Units
At the end of each billing period, the total data usage for a device in a particular country will be rounded up to that country's nearest billing unit.
For example, in the United States, the billing unit is 100 KB. If a device located in United States consumes a total of 4,139.52 KB in a particular month, the data usage will be rounded up to 4,200 KB when calculating total data charges.
Similarly, for a device consuming a total of 4,139.52 KB in the United Kingdom (where the billing unit is 1 KB), the data usage will be rounded up to 4,140 KB when calculating total data charges.
If a device consumes data in more than one country within a given month, data usage will be calculated separately for each country.
When converting between bytes, kilobytes, megabytes, and so on, Soracom uses the following conversion:
- 1,024 bytes (B) = 1 kilobyte (KB)
- 1,024 kilobytes (KB) = 1 megabyte (MB)
- (etc)
The total rounded charges for all devices will be combined, one corresponding for each country, and will appear on your invoice as a separate "Rounded Up" charge.
Volume Discounts
If you have more than 100 Active or Inactive 01s SIMs in your account, a basic fee volume discount will be automatically applied to the basic fee for each Active or Inactive SIM card after your first 100 SIM cards.
Additionally, when using 01s SIMs in the United States or Canada, Soracom provides a data usage volume discount, which reduces the per-MB cost as you use more data. Data usage volume discounts apply to the total pooled data usage (with United States and Canada counted as separate pools), ensuring that you receive the discount for all of your devices, regardless of how data is consumed from one device to another.
