Soracom Query offers three plans to suit different needs:

Soracom Query Plans

Soracom Query offers three plans to suit different needs:

  • Trial: Free 2-month evaluation that includes up to 50 queries per month.
  • Business: Standard monthly subscription enabling daily IoT data analysis for your fleet of devices.
  • Enterprise: Customized plan with advanced options for database connections, cross-operator analytics, and dedicated support.

All plans support both Simple and Advanced modes.

Custom reports
**\*1** - Only accounts which have not previously subscribed to Business or Enterprise plans are eligible for the Trial plan.
**\*2** - Once you reach the included query limit or trial period duration for the Trial plan, additional queries will stop. Upgrade to the Business or Enterprise plans to continue.
**\*3** - You can query data only within the retention period of the source service. For example, Harvest Data retains 40 days of data by default, so you can query back up to the last 40 days. When the [Extended Data Retention](/docs/harvest/configuration/#extended-data-retention) option is enabled, you can query back up to the last 731 days.

Query Plans are separate for each coverage type (Global coverage and Japan coverage), allowing you to evaluate Query with the Trial plan for each coverage type independently. You can also mix and match plans, such as subscribing to the Business plan for Global coverage and evaluating the Trial plan for Japan coverage, to fit your requirements.

Plan Management

Soracom Query offers three plans: Trial, Business, and Enterprise. In this section, we explain how to subscribe to and manage your plans.

Starting a Trial Plan

  1. Sign in to the User Console as the Root user and select the appropriate coverage type.

  2. From the Menu, expand Soracom Query and select Soracom Query.

  3. Click Start Trial.

  4. Review the confirmation details of the plan displayed, click the Start Trial button to begin.

    ! The Trial plan is available from the month you start using it until the end of the following month. You can check the remaining number of days in Soracom Query Studio.

  5. The following message will appear, indicating that your trial has started.

Once you have started the Trial plan, click Launch Soracom Query Studio to start using Query.

Starting a Business Plan

  1. Sign in to the User Console as the Root user and select the appropriate coverage type.

  2. From the Menu, expand Soracom Query and select Soracom Query.

  3. Click Contact us about this plan.

    A Soracom representative will contact you to discuss your requirements and prepare a custom plan.

Starting an Enterprise Plan

  1. Sign in to the User Console as the Root user and select the appropriate coverage type.

  2. From the Menu, expand Soracom Query and select Soracom Query.

  3. Click Contact us about this plan.

    A Soracom representative will contact you to discuss your requirements and prepare a custom plan.

Terminating a Plan

To cancel a plan, simply follow the steps above and click Terminate plan for the plan that you are currently subscribed to.
